In order to have some continuity and keep our readers from being confused and overwhelmed, I’m creating some basic weekly features that can be a great resource for a variety of readers. Personally, I’m really excited to put these together each week. The weekly line-up is as follows:

  • Every Monday is the Law Student post, featuring topics that are of particular interest to those studying to be the next generation of lawyers.
  • Every Wednesday is the Interview post, where we invite someone intelligent to share their thoughts with us.
  • Every Friday is the Community Events post, where we feature great events in the Bay Area for the upcoming week.

Weekly features will start this Friday, with our first Community Events post. There’s always a lot happening around here and we’ll be posting as much as we can, so come back Friday if you’re looking for something to do this weekend or next week.

Of course, I welcome feedback on the weekly features, and suggestions for post ideas. Maybe you know of someone who would be great to interview, or perhaps you’re a law student who is concerned about a particular issue. If so, email me about it, and I’ll probably write about it. If you have a great community event coming up, email me about that, too. Be sure to include a website or contact information for readers who want to find out more about the event. Send all your ideas and comments to kaitlin@gjel.com.
