The Bay Bridge is Closed–But There’s Still Plenty to Do

Because it’s Labor Day weekend, the San Francisco-Oakland Bay Bridge is closed. The bridge actually closed at 8:00 PM Thursday evening, and will remain closed until 5:00 AM Tuesday morning. Second Muni Crash in Less than a Month Leaves Six Hurt, Two Hospitalized

The Fog City Journal is reporting that an accident involving two Muni F-Line streetcars and an SUV has left six people hurt, two of whom were hospitalized. Will Furloughs Save the State Money? Sure, Unless They’re for the Franchise Tax Board
