$225,000: Broken Arm for Car Accident Victim
This case involved an automobile accident which caused a severe arm fracture for our client during the last stages of her pregnancy. Severe disability following the birth of her child was complicated by accident-related anxiety. A psychiatric consultant and our client’s treating orthopedic surgeon were used to confirm the severity of the accident injuries on our client and her family, including the need for scar revision and hardware removal surgeries.
