Welcome to GJEL Accident Attorneys’ new and improved blog. I’m Kaitlin Janusz, your humble blogger, and today’s post (my first one!) will give you some background about me, and what you can expect from GJEL’s blog moving forward.

Jason Arango is the Director of Community Outreach for GJEL Accident Attorneys. His primary role is to coordinate with local non-profits and consumer advocacy groups, develop online resources for people seeking legal advice, and keep the firm’s blog updated with the latest news items relating to public safety.
Cheryl’s experience spans over 35 years in legal services and volunteer work. She has served as a volunteer in a children’s crisis center, in K-12 schools, as a school bands board member, and as a volunteer State-Certified Ombudsman in a skilled nursing facility. In 1994, she earned her Paralegal Certificate from CSUEB, an ABA-approved program.
“While raising my family, I felt so fortunate and wanted to give back to my community. My work allows me to help others who have been through an unfortunate event and gives me a great sense of purpose knowing that I am able to contribute to helping people through a rough time.”
Miguel Hernandez is GJEL’s Community Outreach Coordinator. Still a part-time student at Diablo Valley College, he is majoring in Biology and hopes to transfer to the University of California.
Miguel enjoys working on cars, running, playing video games, and eating dessert.
Miguel’s favorite blogs include Jalopnik and Engadget. He lives in Richmond, CA.
