Randy Noah has been practicing civil litigation continuously since 1986, having represented both individuals and insurance companies until 1993, and exclusively representing individuals since 1994. Randy has represented hundreds of individuals in personal injury claims, employment matters, workers compensation cases and breach of insurance contract disputes in all phases of litigation, presently focusing on denials of disability insurance benefits and breaches of ERISA laws and regulations. Randy has been AV rated by Martindale-Hubbell since 2006.
Mr. Noah received his Juris Doctorate from the University of Michigan Law School in 1986. Since that time he has practiced in courts throughout Michigan and California, having relocated to the San Francisco Bay Area in 1988, presently maintaining offices both in the Bay Area and South Lake Tahoe.
Randy is a member of the State Bar of California and the State Bar of Michigan, and admitted to practice in all federal courts in California and Michigan, and is a member of the Colorado Federal Bar. He has been admitted to practice in the United States Supreme Court since 1991. Randy is additionally admitted to practice in the U.S. Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals and Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals, and has been admitted and appeared in federal courts in Arizona, New Mexico, Alaska, Maryland, Oregon, Florida and North Dakota, and appeared before Sycuan and Yocha Dehe Wintun tribal courts in California. During his career, he has tried cases in state, federal, workers’ compensation and tribal courts.
