On November 6, 2012 William Kapell, 41, was riding his motorcycle when he was involved in a collision with a farm tractor turning across the road and attempting to enter a field.
Mr. Kapell was a father and avid motorcyclist who grew up in the San Jose, California area. His friends and family said he was a kind man who would give the shirt off his back to anyone.
