GJEL Accident Attorneys represented a young man from Richmond in his case against the management company of his apartment complex.

Our client had become involved in a fight on the grounds of his complex when the resident manager, employed by the defendants, came in to break up the fight.

Brandishing a gun, she accidentally shot our client in the side of his face. Despite the fact that the owners of the apartment complex claimed that they knew nothing about the manager having a gun and that the manager was acting outside the course and scope of employment, we ultimately recovered $300,000 from the management company and owner.
