In this case GJEL Accident Attorneys represented an elderly couple who sustained significant injuries as a result of an auto accident in Oakland, California.

The couple was being driven to a dialysis center for weekly treatment when the car accident occurred. GJEL was able to show that the defendant driver service was negligent in its screening of the safety record of the driver, and that the driver failed to secure his passengers adequately prior to driving. The result of the case was a $235,000 payment to our clients.
