Serious injuries were reported after a motorcycle crash on Highway 108 near Chicken Ranch Road in Jamestown on the night of August 24, 2026.
What remains to be confirmed
GJEL’s initial coverage attributed the incident to CHP. A secondary crash summary published August 25 also described major injuries, but expressly said the available information did not establish that both riders were seriously hurt. It is a law-firm summary, not a primary agency release.
The reports place the crash near the Chicken Ranch Road roundabout shortly before 10 p.m. The number of injured people, their roles and the sequence of impacts should be checked against the actual crash report. We have not obtained an official incident release independently confirming those details.
