In this car versus bicycle accident, which took place in Dublin, California, GJEL/Jim Larsen recovered the full $300,000 policy limits from Farmers, the defendant’s insurance carrier, despite the fact the defendant claimed that our client was riding his bicycle at night, without sufficient lights or reflectors, and without his helmet. The plaintiff, a trained chef, suffered serious shoulder, arm, hand and head injuries; he received extensive treatment through Kaiser hospitals.
