Accident Overview
On April 26, 2022, at 7:30 p.m., our client was driving down San Pablo Ave. near its cross street with Brighton in the city of Albany, county of Alameda, state of California. Our client was obeying the rules of the road while driving her 2011 Volkswagen Jetta when another driver hit our client, causing a serious car accident. The accident resulted in loss of work, serious injuries, and large medical bills leaving our client in a state of uncertainty.
About the Accident
This was a two-vehicle accident that resulted in serious injuries for our client due to the other driver’s negligence. The driver of the car that caused the accident was driving a 2015 Toyota Avalon.
