Accident Overview
On October 17, 2015, at 1:50 p.m., our client was riding his bicycle down Union City Blvd. at its intersection with Alvarado Blvd. in Union City, California. Our client was obeying the rules of the road driving his Cannondale 800 bicycle when another automobile driver hit our client causing serious injuries, loss of work, and large medical bills leaving our client in a state of uncertainty.
About the Bicycle Accident
This was an auto versus bicycle collision that resulted in serious injuries for our client due to the other driver’s negligence. The driver of the car that caused the accident was driving a 2003 Toyota Highlander.
There were no adverse road conditions when the accident happened.
After the accident, our client suffered from severe back pain and dental injuries as a direct result of the car accident. Our client was transported via Paramedics Plus ambulance to Eden Medical Center/Sutter Health, located in San Leandro, California where he underwent treatment for his severe back pain and dental injuries. The driver of the car that caused the accident was insured by Allstate.
