Accident Overview
On July 16, 2019, at 6:57 a.m., our client was driving down Interstate 5, 50 feet north of Laguna Blvd., overcrossing in the city of Sacramento, County of Sacramento, State of California. Our client was obeying the rules of the road when another driver hit our client, causing a serious car accident. About the Accident
This was a two-vehicle accident that resulted in serious injuries for our client due to the other driver’s negligence. The driver of the car that caused the accident was driving a 2018 semi-truck pulling a trailer.
There were no adverse road conditions, and the accident happened when the driver left their lane and entered our client’s lane.
