This GJEL client was driving his pickup in Contra Costa County when he was involved in a rear-end car accident with a person driving an SUV. That person was insured by Geico and GJEL’s client was insured by CSAA. The insurance companies initially took the position that this was a minor injury and tried to only pay $10,000. GJEL was able to establish the injury was more than minor and ultimately resolved the case for $100,000.
