Plaintiff in this case was a 64 year-old woman who slipped and fell while walking in the common area of a shopping mall. GJEL Accident Attorneys used mall security reports, photographs, and numerous depositions of witnesses and involved parties, to show that plaintiff’s fall was due to car cleaning products negligently sprayed onto the floor by a local car dealer who had displayed cars in the mall and removed them shortly before plaintiff’s injury. GJEL Accident Attorneys also met with plaintiff’s treating surgeons in order to prove that both of her post-accident lumbar spine surgeries were necessitated by the fall, despite the fact that she had undergone lower back surgery eight months prior to her fall. Plaintiff, who was forced to retire from her work as a retail manager due to her injuries, recovered $705,000.
