Dear Andy,
Someone must have been watching over me that day I found your name in the yellow pages. I didn't even know if I had a case or not. You assured me that I did.

My life was changed significantly, when on my daughter's birthday, I accepted a ride from a friend. He had told me that he had had a drink, but not more than that, and that he was fine to drive. We left to pick up a to-go order at a local restaurant. On the return trip, he tried to answer his cell phone, turn a corner, and accelerate from a stop at a traffic light all at once. He ran into a tree. We weren't going fast, but the airbag really injured me.

I spend the night in the hospital, and had several broken ribs. I was in alot of pain. I lost alot of work, and alot of money.
